How we work with you
Most companies come to us at one of three points. We are happy to start at any of them, and the work is priced and scoped separately so you are never buying more than you need.
We design and build software end to end — data model, backend, interface, deployment. You get a running product and the source that produced it, not a prototype.
Once something is live, it has to stay live. We run hosting, monitoring, backups, releases and support for the platforms we build and for systems we inherit.
Architecture reviews, compliance mapping, AI adoption, cloud cost and data strategy. Short engagements that leave your team with a decision they can defend.
What we work with
We use AI heavily and deliberately. It shortens the distance between a written rule and working code — it does not decide what the rule means. Every figure a customer files is produced by logic we can read, test and point to.
Language models built into the products we ship and into how we build them: document extraction, guided data entry, validation assistance, and support that answers in the customer's own words. Model output is checked against source rules before it reaches anyone.
Prompts treated as source code — versioned, reviewed and regression-tested against known cases. We design the instructions, evaluation sets and guardrails that make a model's behaviour repeatable instead of impressive once.
Hosting, databases and object storage sized to the workload, with encrypted backups held in a separate provider and region from the live system. Filing records are retained for the periods the law requires and are restorable on request.
Government filing channels, payment processors, accounting systems and telematics feeds. We handle the schemas, the retries and the reconciliation so the data arriving in your system matches the data that left ours.
Our own products
A load moves, paperwork follows it, an invoice goes out — and then the operator waits to be paid on terms they did not choose. We are building both halves of that: Freight Ops, freight-forwarding software for the Singapore market — the daily record of shipments, vehicles, documents and charges; and factoring, which finances the invoice before the customer settles it.
It is the same discipline we apply to compliance work: a record that has to be complete, correct and produced on time. Freight Ops is in build; factoring is in design, and we are talking to operators about how the work actually runs before we write the product around it.
